Store Policies

Returns may be made within 7 days of purchase/receipt of items for store credit or exchange. All packages must be insured for full value and the purchaser/sender bears the cost of shipping.

In case of damage during shipment, the receiver must notify Highland House Collectibles within 3 days of receipt of goods by calling 845-446-1234 or faxing 845-446-1204, or emailing Highland House at admin@polishpotteryimports.com. Please include name, order number, date of order, and contact information in all correspondence. No claims will be accepted by Highland House after 3 days from date of receipt of goods.
